#Exchange items must be unused, unwash & no pooch's furs.

#Exchange within 7 days from the date of receive. Contact WoofyTrends immediately on exchanging.

#Once exchange have been confirm, customers have to post back the items back to WoofyTrends, any postage related to exchange items will be borne by customers.
